Summon your kin and reclaim the ancient underground home of the Dwarves in The Lord of the Rings Return to Moria for PlayStation 5. Set in the fourth age of Middle-earth, this rich survival-crafting adventure follows a band of Dwarves summoned by Lord Gimli Lockbearer to venture deep inside the dark, procedurally generated depths of Khazad-dum. Mine for legendary treasures, excavate long-forgotten dwarven forge halls, and rebuild ruined settlements while managing vital survival mechanics including body temperature, light levels, sleep cycles, and food rations.

The core gameplay centers on resource exploitation, architectural construction, and high-stakes subterranean survival. Excavate mineral veins to uncover precious veins of Ironwood, Elven quartz, and legendary Mithril, utilizing found components to forge masterwork weapons, defensive armor suites, and robust fortification bases. Keep your weapons sharp and your lamps lit—loud mining operations generate dynamic noise-tracking alerts that draw aggressive Orc hordes, deadly cave trolls, and ancient shadow horrors out from the darkness. Brave the deep chasms alone in single-player or unite with friends in seamless eight-player online co-op multiplayer expeditions.
