Music and dancing vary considerably by region and family. Agree the regional repertoire and contemporary selections with the hosts and musicians rather than assuming one Turkish wedding soundtrack.

How long do the celebrations last?

Some celebrations are evening events lasting several hours; others include a separate henna night and additional family gatherings. Describe the actual programme rather than promising a fixed number of wedding days.
