Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Personalised & Custom Items Due to the bespoke nature of personalised and memorial keepsakes, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sparklesspecialize@icloud.com with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email us at sparklesspecialize@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return address and instructions.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
