Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalised and custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Delivery Times
- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- International Delivery: 7–14 business days (times may vary by destination)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a certain value — check our current promotions for details.
Tracked Shipping All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sparklesspecialize@icloud.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
International Orders For orders outside the UK, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
