Transform your Tripp Trapp chair with the Newborn Set

The Stokke Tripp Trapp Newborn Set in Grey turns a beloved chair into a dedicated infant seat from birth, placing your baby at table height for close, engaging moments during family meals. Designed for infants up to 20 pounds, this accessory creates a snug, nest-like environment that keeps little ones nearby as you dine, play, and explore new textures and foods.

Key safety and fit

• The 5-point safety harness provides secure positioning with soft padding for comfort.
• Two adjustable positions plus leg support adapt to your baby’s growth and comfort needs.
• Red-green indicators give a quick visual cue that the setup is mounted correctly.

Care, comfort, and interaction

• The Newborn Textile Set is removable and machine washable for easy cleaning between uses or outings.
• A built-in toy hanger helps your little one keep a favorite toy close, encouraging early interaction and motor skills development.

Design, safety, and compatibility

With a tool-free design, the Newborn Set easily attaches to Tripp Trapp chairs manufactured after May 2003. Protective pads and the harness work together to keep baby secure, while the assembly remains straightforward for busy parents.

Heritage and intent

Originally conceived by Peter Opsvik in 1972, the Tripp Trapp line aimed to seat people of all ages at the same table. The Newborn Set continues that goal by offering a thoughtful transition piece that grows with your family, from newborn moments to family dining rituals.
